Join us this spring and get moving & motivated! Small group classes are held in a private Newtonville studio. The space is quiet and peaceful with plenty of convenient parking. Classes are an 8 person maximum. Providing you with enough personal attention to learn proper form to achive the best results and stay safe. Modifications are given for most levels, so beginners and continuing students are all welcome. Classes are monthly registration only with a 4 person minimum to hold each class. Please call or email to confirm space availability and that the monthly minimum participants is reached before paying online. Missed classes can be made-up at another class (space permitting). 'the harmony class™: yoga & pilates'
A unique blending of yoga, pilates & personal training. The harmony class™ offers a comprehensive training approach to develop total body strength, flexibility & balance. Starting with your inner core and moving through a complete Mind/Body Workout - yoga, pilates & breathing principles are interwoven into each exercise. Workouts change weekly for lots of variety. Partner optional exercises are included in some classes. Classes include both flow & restorative yoga, pilates and simple meditation or breathwork. The Yoga portion of class is an integration of Hatha, Iyengar & Meridian styles. The Pilates portion is based on the STOTT PILATES® method. Benefits include increased body awareness, all over muscle tone, flexibility, and core strength, stability & stamina.
Lower Body Stretch & core Training
Designed to build core strength, leg strength and lower body flexibility, this class is designed for runners, walkers & cyclists to help prevent injuries and improve performance. Class includes a combination of yoga, pilates & traditional training and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Emotional Eating™ & Weight Management
Meet in-person for accountability & group support around your weight goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, maintain your weight or gain weight, the tools in this 12-week series will help you begin to heal Emotional Eating that may be sabotaging your success or keeping you in a cycle of never ending yo-yo dieting. Each class includes optional Weigh-In, Personal Goals Follow-Up from the prior Week, 30-Minute Workout, Weekly Lesson and Goal Setting for the Next Week. This all levels class is appropriate for those new to yoga or seasoned practitioners. Our studio is regular room temperature – cosy in winter, with air conditioning in summer and windows open on nice days. This practice includes standing poses, seated poses, twists and mild inversions. We have props on site such as blocks, belts and blankets to assist in accessing poses most effectively. Classes include an integration of Hatha, Iyengar, and Meridian styles. Classes change weekly and may include vinyasa (flow), holding poses for longer amounts of time, and different types of yoga breathing.

Bring: A YOGA MAT, water & a small towel. All other props are available on site.
