From 128: Exit on Route 9 east and then exit to Centre Street
heading north toward Newton Centre. The MacKenzie Center
is on you left opposite Holly Cleaners
and a large professional office building.
From the Mass Turnpike: Use exit 17. Turn on to Centre Street
(at Eaton Apothecary). Proceed South on Centre Street through
Newton Center. Just after the intersection of Beacon Street,
bear right at the fork in the road.
The MacKenzie Center will be just after that on your right
adjacent to the Sacred Heart Church (approximately 1.5 miles).
Turn right BEFORE the Mackenzie Ctr. and a sharp left to park
From the Green/D Line - 'T': Use the 'Newton Center' stop. Exit
up the stairs to Union Street. Take a left and walk to the end. You
will be at the large intersection of Beacon St. and Centre Street. Face
the intersection to see Starbucks Coffee on the far right corner.
Cross the street and take a left. You will be on Centre Street. Walk 1 block and take a right. The Mackenzie Center will be on your left,
Sacred Heart Church on the right. Enter mackenzie Center through
the rear doors / parking lot entrance behind the building.
Follow directions below after entering the building.
NOTE: Enter through entrance from parking lot behind the building.
(Front entrance is always locked). Cross gym and go up stairs.
Take a right and the studio is the door at the end of the hall.

This class includes all types of poses with a focus on restorative asana and breathwork. Designed to prepare the body for a peaceful, rejuvinating night's slumber, this practice provides a balance of active movement to help the body release daily stress hormones & supported inversions to transition the mind and breath to a wavelength that promotes a full night of healthy sleep. All pilates. Every week. A full hour of vigorous STOTT PILATES® including a lot of variety. We'll challenge core stability, co-ordination and strength by introducing different small props into the workout on a regular basis. Achieve benefits for your entire body as you create longer, leaner appearing muscles and toned, flat abdominals. See the change in muscle strength and definition as the use of props increases training results to specific areas of the body. Join us as we include the the Flex-Band® Exerciser, Mini Stability-Ball™, Fitness Circle® ,Toning Balls™ and Stability Ball with the STOTT PILATES® Essential Matwork and STOTT PILATES® Intermediate Matwork workouts.
