The holidays and the winter season each present significant challenges to maintaining optimal health. Increased scheduling demands, social time, and in most areas - weather changes, ask for different types of exercise routines, food choices and organization of time.
In the second portion of the class, we adapt our basic skills to include learning around winter health and holiday socializing to maintain balance & a healthy immune system. We will also spend a small amount of time around budgeting and maintaining financial health in your holiday planning.
