We love watching people surprise themselves when they try and discover how much they enjoy new foods or learn a new cooking technique. It is especially rewarding to work with couples and families to cultivate regular meal time as the benefits eating dinner together are far greater than just eliminating hunger. Beyond creating better long term meal habits, family dinners can reduce the risk of obesity and eating disorders in children and create deepeer family bonds and connection.

Helping companies create healthier work environments may also include consulting management on how to upgrade snack areas, rewards, and events to be more nutritious (and delicious!).

Athletes, pregnant mothers and other special populations often have specific dietary needs. We are able to give general guidance to our clients and we refer them to registered dieticians and nutritionists when then need more comprehensive nutrition advice or their needs are outside our scope of practice.
