Successful weight loss includes cultivating a variety of habits and maintaining them long term. Weight loss and maintenance are highly personal. Exercising, eating well, managing stress in healthy ways and getting enough sleep may sound simple, but can be hard in practice.

core harmony Weight Loss Programs include a combined focus on healthy eating, exercise, behavior change and coaching with a certified health professional. A portion of your program may be covered by your health insurance company. Please check with your  provider to see if your plan offers this benefit.



In-Person Weight Loss Coaching Promotion: $1250.

In person coaching sessions include the option to integrate personal training, yoga or pilates into your program. Receive the education you need to perform exercises as effectively as possible. Learn how to modify movements based on your body's needs and progress at a pace that is right for you to stay challenged. Create a workout that will help you reach your goals and works with the space and resources you have. Small, portable props are available for use for your sessions. Workout Logs and exercise descriptions available for those motivated to do additional home workouts on your own between sessions.

(12) 60-minute In-Person Coaching Sessions* (30-minutes of travel from Newtonville, MA included)
Weekly Goals Emailed after every session
Regular Fee: $1570.

Virtual Weight Loss Coaching Promotion: $1125.

Receive personal attention by phone or Skype to create a realistic plan and receive consistent accountability. New goals are emailed after each session. The flexible format of virtual coaching provides those with busy schedules and who travel regularly the ability to stay committed to a regular program.
