life coaching

Life coaching takes a value driven approach to setting goals based on what is most important to you and your current readiness to change. The coaching process invites you to step back and get clear on your priorities, learn ways to identify and prioritize conflicting values, and manage multiple areas of life that all demand time and attention. As we evolve, circumstances change, and relationships grow, this process will support you in continuing to make decisions you will feel good about.

With the big picture of your dreams and aspirations as your true north, look at where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow. Then we'll work together to create a realistic plan to bridge the space between the two.

balance insight and action

Focus on a single goal or multiple goals. Learn to prioritize, organize, and balance wisdom gained with constructive achievements. What do you want? Life coaching is beneficial for improving health, growing professionally, deepening connection and intimacy in relationships, and creating an internal sense of peace, happiness and well being. Reach your goals, enjoy the process, and keep your integrity intact.

getting started

The coaching relationship is something very special. For some - it is a place to openly consider that making their dreams a reality is actually possible. For some - it is the only time in a busy week devoted entirely to themselves. For some - it is a place to heal. The essence of coaching holds that the client is fully whole and resourceful all on their own. The coach's role is to help offer a supportive place and structure to evoke the internal wisdom that is already there. That said, most people come to coaching for some level of expertise and feedback. As a collaborative process, it is ok to ask your coach for their opinion and for the coach to to provide insight or ideas for you to consider. In the end, you will always make the choices that are right for you.
